SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL STUDENTS

  • Parents/guardians must give full details of their children’s health/medical status, e. g hepatitis B, BTB, HIV/AIDS, sickle cell etc,

  • All students must participate fully in cleaning school environments,

  • All students must “speak English and or French” only,

  • Students should devote their time, energy and intellectual abilities to successfully finish all assignments given by teachers. Failure to do well in tests/examinations is considered as negligence which may lead to class demotion or discontinuation. This is because initial entrance examinations qualify the student's admission, thus we feel there is no other reason to fail apart from negligence,

  • All students shall always put on full uniforms,

  • Punishment, suspension, dismissal, termination or discontinuation may be rendered to students depending on the gravity or frequency of the offence committed,

  • All medical costs shall be met by parents. The schools provide First Aid facilities  and attend emergency sick students. Parents shall be debited immediately after the services,

  • During vacations, all students are provided with medical examination forms for check up and bring them back when the school terms resume,

  • Students are strictly prohibited to do the following:

  • To engage into sexual acts and its related activities

  • Use abusive language, bullying others and misbehaving

  • To entertain truancy

  • To own cell phones, radios and any form of musical equipment in the school premises

  • To speak to the media without prior permission from the school management

  • To go on strike

  • To use any forms of drugs (cocaine, heroin, etc)

  • To smoke cigarettes or marijuana (bhang)

  • To use any form of alcoholic drinks

  • All students must respect teachers, supporting staff and members of the public at large,

  • School fees shall be paid two weeks before the commencement of each semester through the school bank accounts as directed by the school management. Hence each level has its school account.

  • For special events and preparations in fulfilling the schools’ mission which may compel students to remain or return to school before end of holiday, such instructions must be obeyed by all students and shall be required to pay extra money for up keep,

  • When new term begins, all students must report to their relevant schools on the date and time specified. Failure to do so for any duration, late comers shall be punished to stay at school for one week after the closure of the school term,

  • Students reporting ten days after opening day for any reason shall automatically be expelled from school,

  • All students must eat meals provided in the school,

  • The schools provide NO special diet but shall care for quality and quantity,

  • Students are not allowed to keep money and medicine with them,

  • All students must make sure that they come with all recommended requirements as the schools do not own shops,

We believe in Education for Progress and no price can buy education as it is the right of all human beings. It is for that reason our school fees are reasonable and affordable for whoever cares about quality education.
