Admission
forms are obtained from the schools to avoid overbooking.
However, before joining the schools, all students have to be
screened through tests on the 3 major subjects,
Maths, Kiswahili and English in order to
detect their academic abilities.

The above
fees include:
Day
students:
Registration , all 2 pairs of uniforms class sessions, all text and
exercise books (except Kamusi, English dictionary and atlas
which parents must provide for their children), tea with bread,
safe drinking water and lunch for primary students.
Boarders:
Registration, 3 pairs of uniforms, internal medical services,
caution money, tuition, accommodation, meals, all text and
exercise books, washing soaps, toilet
shaving/plating, entertainments and educational tours and
services.

The
following term fees cover: normal class sessions, basic computer training,
accommodation, meals, uniforms, text books, caution money and
registration.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONAL FOR ALL STUDENTS:
After class outfits:
All students are supposed to
put on after class outfits which include: 2 truck suits, 2
casual/sports wears, 2 t-shirts and one
jacket. These clothes are available at
school at an additional cost of 110,000 shillings.
Clothes other than school uniforms are not allowed at the school
premises.
Educational and recreational fees:
The school shall conduct some
educational trips within Arusha region and at times outside
Arusha. This attracts an additional fee amounting to 20,000
shillings to be paid per term to subsidize such expenses.
Note that this amount is for secondary students only.
Preparatory and primary students are not subjected
to pay this additional fee.
Commitment fees:
Students seeking admission at
all schools if selected, are required to pay 100,000
shillings commitment fees within two weeks from the date they are
given the offer. This initial fee shall be deducted from the
joining term fees.

All payments must be done through our bankers, CRDB Bank, at
least two weeks before the term begins. The following are

Registration fees and caution money is paid only once while
joining the schools and is included in the joining term fees.

been selected to join our school and will be a member of

on………………….after fulfilling all conditions and
requirements, including fees.
In case
you will not be accompanied by your parents to school,
you may contact us at least three days before departure
giving us full details on mode of transport with
estimated time of arrival to enable us meet you in
Arusha. For those using air flights from any part of
the country or Nairobi Kampala shuttle buses should
instruct drivers to drop them right to our school. Make
sure that you are booked with reliable transporters to
avoid unnecessary inconveniences.
Following requirements and conditions
should be fulfilled before you join our school.
A. BOARDING
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BOARDERS:
slippers, bathing soap
6pcs, 2 nightdresses or pyjamas, 4 underwear's, swimming
costume, 2 tooth brushes, 2 toothpaste of 80gm, 2 cont.
of 500gm body oil, hair oil, 2 combs, a nail clipper,
50Lx 40Wx 20Hcm Bag with padlock, key holder, 2 towels,
1 soap dish, 2 black shoe polish, 1 mosquito net, ear
buds, 2 face towels, 1 pair of rubber and thick socks, 1
pillow. N:B. cosmetics, all body creams and sprays are
strictly prohibited.
B. LEARNING
REQUIREMENTS
B:1 PRE-SCHOOL - PRIMARY 11:
12 pencils, 1 30cm ruler,
2 erasers, 3 sharpeners, story books, crayons, coloured
pencils, 10 homework books (double line and square), 1
spring file for test papers.
B:2 PRIMARY III - VII:
12 blue pens, 2 red pens,
12 pencils, 1 mathematical set, glue, adhesive tape, 1
30cm ruler,
2 erasers, 3 sharpeners,
1 ream of fullscap for insha /composition, 2 spring
files for test papers and handouts, 1 English
dictionary, 1 kamusi ya Kiswahili, 1 school ATLAS (E.
AFRICA / TANZANIA), 15 homework counter books (3
quire), English and Kiswahili story books, crayons,
coloured pencils, water paints with brushes, compiled
past examination papers from 1998 for upper classes (PV
– PVII
C. SCHOOL
FEES
C:1 The total fees
for each term is 480,000/= to include:
Tuition, all meals, accommodation, computer lessons,
educational tours,
entertainment, shaving with pocket money.
C:2 While joining the
school a student is required to pay: Tshs. 595,000/=
which also include the fee for the term which one joins the
school.
NB:

Payments
should be done in full before the beginning of the tem
through Bank. Parents are required to submit the
Original Bank slip to the school Bursar at
least one week before new term begins in order to obtain
receipts.

subjects TSPS provides French and Computer Lessons,
